Our residential holiday programs in England are designed to allow youth, ages 8-17 to enjoy their vacation while improving their English. Students participate in an wide variety of activities, from sports to visits to the English countryside. The schools have a truly international ambiance, which permits participants to meet youth from across the world and make friends without being tempted to speak their mother tongue. Students are supervised 24 hours a day by our motivated, highly-qualified English-speaking staff.The various programs include language courses and a variety of activities.
Athletic youth can choose to participate is sports, such as: tennis, swimming, soccer, basketball, archery, golf, nautical sports, rock climbing, table tennis, badminton, baseball and many more.
Those with a more adventurous spirit can enjoy the numerous excursions that the school organizes in the region: London, Canterbury, Bournemouth, Corfe Castle, Dorchester, Monkey World, Splashdown, the port city of Poole...
And for all students, a variety of leisure activities allow for relaxation and socialization. The school organizes bowling, karaoke, billiards, mini-cruises, film nights, scavenger hunts, orienteering courses, coastal walks, etc.
We organize these activities on England’s Southern coast in two beautiful colleges at Swanage (Easter and Summer) and Ramsgate (summers only).
Additionally, we organize supervised travel between these two schools and Brussels or Calais each week during the summer and Easter vacations.

Ramsgate is a medium-sized town (40,000 inhabitants) on England’s South coast. It is a picturesque beach town, near Dover and the most popular tourist destination in the Kent region. Ramsgate unites a moderate climate and a great diversity of beautiful landscapes.The Program
This international youth camp is designed for youth aged 12 to 15. The program includes 15 hours of English courses per week and a very complete cultural and athletic activity and excursions program. The accommodation includes all meals (full-board) and is in the dormitories of a private college. All aspects of the program take place in English, in a familial atmosphere and with excellent supervision.The School
Our partner institution is a traditional English college, founded in 1897. The principle building, a very modern structure, includes classrooms, meeting rooms, a theater, and recreation rooms for the students. The cafeteria is in the oldest and most historic part of the college. The sports facilities includes tennis courts, basketball courts, and a soccer field.The ambiance is very warm and friendly and there are never more than 50 students enrolled in each program. Upon arrival, our team gives the students a warm welcoming and get to know each one of them personally.
The Courses
English courses take place every morning, Monday to Friday. Students take an assessment test upon arrival and are placed in small groups according to their level. This allows students to target their individual linguistic needs. Students receive a certificate at the end of their program displaying their progress.The Activities
The sports activities, excursions and evenings activities are organized by our team. All of our counselors are native English speakers and encourage the students to speak English.Activities include: visit to Ramsgate, Canterbury or London, football, tennis, volleyball, bowling, beach games, swimming, film night, karaoke, beach walks...
Accommodation
Students are lodged in a very modern residence where the rooms are well-lit, spacious and well-equipped. Each contains 4, 5 or 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. Each student has an individual dresser and wardrobe.We avoid placing students of the same nationality together to encourage them to practice their English and foster an international environment.

Situated on the England’s South coast, a few kilometers from Poole and Bournemouth, Swanage is a charming English town of some 11,000 inhabitants and is a popular destination during the vacation season. The beautiful beaches, magnificent Purbeck hills, the coastal trails and the historic castle and town center all make this a particularly agreeable vacation spot.The School
Our partner institution in Swanage overlooks the town and bay. It has its own dormitory, cafeteria and multimedia/internet facilities, as well as sports facilities such as a pool, tennis courts, sports hall and basketball courts. Students from more than 45 nationalities attend the school throughout the year.The success of the school and the programs that it offers is due to many factors, including its unequaled sports and accommodation facilities, and its active 7-day program, including afternoon evening activities, devoted teachers, an international atmosphere and a safe environment.
Accommodation
Students are boarded directly within the school residence. Accommodation is in shared rooms, with all meals included.For youth aged 14 and up, it is also possible to stay with a host family, with all meals included. The families are within a few minutes walking distance of the school (upon request only, same prices).
In case of late reservation (payment made less than 12 weeks before the start of the course) and if the dormitory is full, the school reserves the right to place students in a host family in a shared room.
The Programs
The programs in Swanage are available to youth aged 8 to 17. We propose 5 different courses, each offered according to the age of the student and the time of the year. Programs 1 and 2 are the most popular and are suitable for all age groups.- English & Sports (ages 12 to 17, 2 weeks)
15 hours of English + 15 hours of sports activities per week: badminton, basketball, aerobics, open air games, cricket, orienteering, pushball, baseball, swimming, table tennis, track, volleyball, weight training...
In the summer, the 15 hours of sporst may include 4 hours a week of tennis, 6 hours of golf, 3 hours of horse riding or 6 hours of nautical sports (additional fees for each). - English and Activities (ages 15 to 17, 2 weeks)
15 hours of English + 15 hours of activities per week.
Activities include pool, beach games, computer activities, English conversation, films, games, art and music, scavenger hunts, baseball, table tennis or hiking. - English and Activities + Excursions (ages 15 to 17, 2 weeks)
15 hours of English + 5 afternoons of activities or excursions per week including:- Activities : Archery, bowling, Splashdown Waterpark, go-carts, canoing, kayaking, rock climbing, visit to the Oceanarium, paintball, golf, movies...
- Excursions : Bournemouth, Nature Park, Corfe Castle, Dorchester, the port city of Poole, the Jurassic Coast, Monkey World, Lulworth Castle (with medieval performance), ...
- Junior Course (for youth aged 8 to 11, 2 weeks)
15 hours a week of English + 6 hours a week of activities, such as: pool, English conversation or films, and 9 hours a week of chosen activities, such as excursions to Corfe Castle, Durlston Country park, visits to Farmer Palmers or Putlake Farm, bowling, Splashdown Waterpark, Studland Beach, the Oceanarium,… - One Week Special
15 hours of English + 15 hours of activities and various excursions. Examples include:- Activities and sports: Pool, bowling, mini cruise, hikes, basketball, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, mini golf, tennis, hockey, cricket...
- Excursions: Blue Pool Nature Park, Lulworth Cove et Durdle Door – Jurassic Coast, Monkey World, Swanage Beach, Durlston Country Park, Oceanarium.
- Weekends: a half-day excursion takes place each Sunday.
Supervised activities include disco nights, karaoke, concerts, sports tournaments, performances, games, sports activities...

Group Travel
In the months of July and August and during the Belgian Easter vacation, we organize a weekly supervised voyage between Brussels, Paris, Mons or Calais and Bournemouth. The trip includes:- Accompanied group travel to Bournemouth/Swanage
- Transportation to the host families (on arrival only)
- An extra night in accommodation, in the case of Sunday returns
Upon return, the bus generally arrives at 3:00 PM in Calais, 5:30 in Mons and 6:00 in Brussels.
