How to Enroll?

Upon receiving your form, we will send you a receipt of acknowledgment. The confirmation of your program will not be completely effective until after we receive the deposit of €200 (for programs lasting 1-3 weeks, without transportation), or €600 (for programs lasting 4 or more weeks, or with transportation) sent with the money transfer form that you will receive along with the receipt of acknowledgment.

In the 15 days before departure, you will receive the address and telephone number of your host family, a map of the city or your specific location, practical information such as contact people, packing list etc... and, if necessary, details of reserved transportation.

In the case of late registration, you will be informed of the address by telephone or fax and the student ID card will be given to you upon arrival.

If you organize your own transportation, please let us know your flight/train details as soon as possible so that we can pick you up upon arrival if need be.

Our office in Brussels is open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 to 6:00 PM, and Saturday upon appointment only. We prefer if you schedule an appointment by telephone before stopping by. Except in the case of long-duration programs, the registration process can be completed through email, mail or fax.

Availability While on the Program

Our office is open year-round, including during the academic vacation periods of Easter, summer, All Saints, and Christmas. During busy season, a cell phone number is given to all participants on the day of departure, in case of emergency.

Discounts

Valid for programs lasting a minimum of 2 weeks.

  1. A family discount will be granted after the enrollment of a second family member, living under the same roof. Valid for any age.

  2. A group discount will be granted for groups of 4 or more participants, whose registration forms (for the same program) are submitted together. This discount can be combined with the family discount.

  3. A loyalty discount will be granted to a participant enrolling in a second Easy Languages program (with a duration of more than 2 weeks) within the same school year. This discount can be combined with the first two.

The sum of the discounts vary according to the duration of the program:

  • 15€ (programs lasting 2-4 weeks)

  • 25€ (programs lasting 5-12 weeks)

  • 75€ (programs lasting 12 weeks or more)

"Early Bird" Discount: 10€ off all registrations (minimum 2 weeks) before 15/01/2009. Be sure to put “Early Bird” in the comments field of the registration form.

Late Registration

In the case of late registration, we advise you to contact us by mail or telephone to verify availability. We will try our best to satisfy your demand and we will find similar alternative options if the program which interests you is not available.

Late registration (summer: less than four weeks before the beginning of the programs; rest of the year: less than two weeks before) will be accepted according to availability. Fees must be paid in one full payment and will increase by €15 to include additional administrative costs.

For programs requiring a visa, registrations that reach us less than 8 weeks before departure will be increased by €70 to include express mail fees.

General Remarks Concerning Courses

Lesson duration: according to the school and the type of course, lesson duration varies from 40-60 minutes. Normal duration is 50 minutes.

Public holidays and vacations: Courses do not take place on official public holidays in the host country (list available upon request). Except for certain programs, such as immersion programs in the household of a private teacher, these courses will not be recuperated or reimbursed.

Payment

We accept credit card payments, but these are subject to an increase of 3% for financial and processing fees. There is no increase for payments made by check or by bank transfer. It is possible to pay only the deposit with a credit card and the remaining balance with a check or bank transfer.
